This is a very odd/weird question when GOogle is right there to search ...

You'd need all of this though:

99/00 civic front and rear bumpers, headlights/tail lights, hood, fenders, OEM si grille, a b16A2 engine with transmission, intake manifold, dizzy , rear wheel disc conversion, Si cluster, Si seats, 99/00 civic center dash, OEM 99/00 civic foglights... P2T ECU.

The a/c/heater controls are connected/controlled electronically not the slide manually like 96-98.

IMO this is alot of money to spend... If i were you I just do a b16/b18/b20 swap, get it tuned or build your d16 internally and boost it.

If you want to go in depth... basically

99-00 front end, 99-00 mesh grill, 99-00 OEM (not type r style ebay) lip
99-00 coupe tail lights, 99-00 rear bumper, OEM spoiler, or wingless
DOHC VTEC stickers
Sunroof (EX model)
B-series motor swap
disc brakes all around
SI cluster

So much work just to look like another stock vehicle, but if that makes you happy, do it.

mild retardation would probably help seeing selling your car and buying an si will be cheaper. I see them on craigslist for 2500a-5000 grand. buying a full black interior and installing ít alone would be t not worth it

Not true at all. Acura EL (CDM vehicle) interior parts are all a direct swap over from Sedans. There is also an EDM black interior that swaps over. Those are just the Civic options - Integra seats fit quite easily, and integra dash and door cars can be made to fit by a particularly industrious owner.

Put some Si emblems on it and call it a "clone". Search craigslist for inspiration. Or search google for "lamest **** anyone can do with a car". "Si clone" pops up as #1 lamest **** ever.

But...differences between an Si and EX that I can think of right this second:
-engine/trans/ecu/drivetrain/harness
-climate control
-cluster
-shift ****/boot
-3 exterior colors available
-interior color (dark gray is the only available color for EM1s)
-front LCAs
-front swaybar
-shock forks
-springs/shocks
-front grille, 99-00 front end (duh), lip
-painted side skirts
-strut bar
-shitty, pointless rear sway bar
-leather wrapped steering wheel
-wheels/tires
-optional high spoiler
-EMBLEMS . THIS IS THE ONLY PART THAT MATTERS!! Ask any ricer...any real ricer...it doesnt matter if it's obviously a 4dr. DX thats green and has an auto trans. Put Si emblems on it to make it an Si.

Almost forgot. The VIN number on EM1s says EM1...which is what makes it an Si. Obviously, this shouldn't matter.
