Default Manual d15b2 vs Automatic d15b2

My exwife has a 1991 Civic Wagon with an auto. The engine has 202K on it and is very tired. We recently got another D15B2 longblock to swap into it. IF it came from a manual donor, will it have any differences in the intake manifold or any other areas?

I was curious to know so I could be prepared, thanks.

The bolts for the flywheel vs the flexplate are different. Make sure you use the right ones for the flexplate (if you are keeping it auto).

You will need your intake manifold for it to work with auto trans. The auto manifold has a cable that goes to the trans.
