Im planning on doing a junkyard turbo on my d16z6. I headr you can use 450cc injectors off of a 1g dsm. What modifications do you need to do to the rail/injectors for these to work. Does anyone have detailed instrucitons...

 

You can use 1G or 2G 450cc injectors. To make them fit you should bore out the inside diameter of the seals that sit in the intake manifold. You may also need to cut the little bump out of the injectors or use 88-91 si injector clips. Do a search on how to install the resistors that you'll need also. Follow the link in my sig and you'll eventually find some websites on installing the injectors.

 

You need a resistor pack, or else you'll need to wire in some resistors inline with the injector harnesses. You'll also need the injector clips for the DSMs. Other than that, they fit right in. Oh, and You'll need an AFC, SMC, standalone to control them. Do a search, it's been covered many times, often with pretty pictures.
