alright so im near the end, finishing up my build for my eg hatch. Current parts as listed

block
-ZC sohc non v block bored .5mm over
-Pm7 .5mm over pistons
-acl race bearings

Head
-d16z6 head
-supertech valves .5 mm over
-comp zex valve springs
-stock z6 retaines
-skunk2 cam gear

Misc
-60mm throttle body on z6 manifold
-j2 one peice header
-gates timing belt
-blox fp
-oem....everything else haha
-rc 310 saturated injectors
-full b16 sir2 exhaust from the header back
-will be tuned on neptune

compression is gonna be around 12.5:1. Gonna be running e85. As for now gonna have the stock z6 cam

any suggestion, or tips?

Just use a stock z6 throttle body, lots of dyno info out there to show you don't need 60mm.

 

Ive been hearing that alot. i have he 60mm laying around thats why im considering using it plus it matches up to the intake ill be using

 

It's actually better if the throttle body is slightly smaller than the opening in the intake.

 

Port your oil pump and your running the through oil hole z6 crank right and not the single hole y series right?
