So Some more testing goodies for you guys
brought to you by Turbogixxer Tuning

setup’
H23a Stock Block
RLz Head
pro1
Logic header vs 98vtec (Blakes Header)
Ported OEM Twin TB vs 58mm Vstack Xcessive

THE PARTS

Last time I was on dyno car made 246/181
I had originally ported partially the mani, the only diff I made was fully port the runners..
Before

After

Check out the Powerband man. (Insane what a lil porting does)

Run 41 vs 44 is the diff between Partial Ported and Fully Ported

Next up is Best of Logic vs Blakes header
Run 44 vs 53

Lastly the xcessive vs my twin tb
Run 53 vs 59

Im thinking about adding a reverse cone to the megaphone and see what happens..
As for the xcessive, might just be too big

Heres a vid for yall

Thanks for sharing, not a fan of the xcessive IM for my own personal reasons but looks like your twin TB IM is a solid piece. There is neglible gains/differences in the headers as it's not a restriction yet.

I'd love to see you run more compression and bigger cams and run that test again. I'm happy mine came in the same ball park as the logic but it looks a lot "bigger" than the logic too so it show fair a bit better once you try stuffing more out the exhaust

58mm with vstack and q45 throttle body.. the only thing i think that could have hurt it was port matching.. The IM needs quite some port matching but it 's not mine so i couldnt go at it..
Lowbudget your success with the xcessive is one of the things that pushed me to test it.. I had high hopes for it.
Did u already switch to 58mm ??

Nice to see another H23 holing it down! Should have mine tuned with DDTECH cams and a ported head in March… I will be ecstatic if I get numbers close to yours. My set up will be very similar, but your dual TB intake is quite an awesome performer! Great work on that! Its a pretty unorthodox design, but you have been making it work for a good while now, and its a proven killer. Unfortunately something like that, I cannot run on my Daily Driven car so I will have to run my ported OEM. BTW, flushing out the bottom of the intake manifold and porting it out so that the runners start where they do now was a good move. That is how I did mine, and I was vey happy with the way it performed compared to the other plenum style intakes out there (beat the mid range on my EuroR and held power up top better than the Skunk2).
Seeing your build is getting me excited for mine… NICE WORK! glad to see that stock bottom end breaking 250.

BTW… out of curiosity, where are your cams set at? I know every engine is different, and given that you have an RLZ head, it may have different deck height from a stock one… but, if you would't mind sharing I'd like to know.

+5 on the intake and +2 on the exhaust. I do not know how it can help you because different manifolds would like different settings.
