Hey guys I was wondering if any of you guys can help me with a retrofitting for a honda civic si or something I'd like some High Intensity Discharge lights but at the same time I don't want to be one of those ******* drivers and blind your way :3, Thanks!

 

If you haven't already, check out some lighting/retrofit only forums, might find someone who has done it already I'd give you some sites but I'm drawing a blank at the moment lol.
