Could i just rewire the 94 distributer and it work with and 90 wiring harness they both have one plug with two wires and on with 7.

I swaped 94 motor in to my 90 integra and my old distributer locked up. so i was wondering if the above is possible.

I don't think it is possible since the sensors in the OBD 0 read different than the OBD 1's.
