Icon2 Whine when i accelerate in gear

I installed a new input shaft bearing and installed a new clutch kit..everything is working good but a week or two later i started getting a whining noise that sounds like reverse or a supercharger? in all gears only when its in gear and i give it gas. If i coast in neutral and give it gas there is no whine, at a complete stop and give it gas no whine, when i coast in gear there is no whine.. only when i give it gas in gear. What could it be?

Improper gear lash. Provided it did not whine before you made your modifications, you have a mainshaft with too much end-play. a counter shaft with the same problem, or a differential that isn't clearanced properly.

Is this on a Chevy 3500HD?
