Default Brake Problems

i have a 2002 accord 3.0 v6 coupe...im having trouble with my front pads making a metal on metal noise when the car is moving or just braking.... i have tried 2 different sets of rotors brand new and the pads are brand new.... i made sure nothing is rubbing including the splash shield and nothing is im 100% stumped on what is going on....it only makes the noise when you have everything back together.... any ideas what it could be???

Do the brakes get really hot from normal driving? That would point to a stuck caliper pin / piston or a brake pad that is not moving in its slide All if these could cause noise.

Are you sure those rotors are correct for your car? Could be that they are too wide for your calipers causing the brakes to drag.
