Ok, so my 91 CRX failed smog ( I'm in California btw; if that maters) not exactly sure why, other than it possibly being the cat ( which I've changed) as well as getting a new o2 sensor to throw in. I'm not sure if that's enough to make it pass or not. don't think that there is really anything else wrong with my car in order to make it fail. It failed at 15 mph but passed at 25 mph. HC (ppm) max was 94 ave is 37 meas at 225. CO (%) max .58 ave is .12 meas at .74
NO (ppm) max was 847 ave is 389 meas at 1321.

 

Would help if you stated what engine, ECU, and mods if any that you have.
