Icon2 JDM 98 B18C Type R rebuild Help

hey guys so i have a B18C Type R 98 spec, a friend and i did a compression test on this fresh as f motor i bought for 2300$ complete swap cleanest type r motor I've seen,
anyways we did the test and 3 pistons did 250 PSI on the dot! however the piston 4 did 200 with only 2 cranks so we moved on then we went back and did the test again and we couldn't get it past 150 psi.... so I'm wondering if something might be blocking the valves from closing up all the way or what? because everything else is perfect on the motor, and only has 96,000 km
so my dilemma. I'm taking apart this motor to replace some things on the head such as LMAs and valve stems and top to bottom gaskets and a good cleaning,
SOO! should i even touch the pistons? should i go ahead and replace the rings or what? i don't know what to do
i called acura today and a full rebuilt kit would cost me just over 1000$ thats includes piston rings and full gaskets and timing belt and water pump,
but I'm not touching the crank I'm afraid to **** something up, any suggestions or a cheaper oem rebuilt kit??

please help guys thank you all so much!

Do a leak down test before you take it apart and you will know what's wrong.
