Hi;

I need help with my 98' Accord. It shuts off when I'm coming to a stop or slowing down and I press the clutch. Sometimes it will restart by itself if I give it gas and release the clutch a little bit while on 2nd gear.
Every once in a while the RPMs just go to around 500 and the car trembles but most of the time they go straight to 0.
I should say this doesn't happen all the time but it doesn't seem to make a difference whether the car is cold or warm.

Any ideas?

 

Check for a clogged air filter. Then clean out your iacv. Then if it still does it replace your oxygen sensor with a Denso unit.
