gauges stoped working
I have a civic dx 96 sedan. I recently installed headers and exhaust. The second o2 senser was rubbing cv joint, but it seemed alright. drove for awhile then my cigarette lighter went out, then radio, then gauges turn signals and cel light[which was on] all in about 2 minutes. I'm pretty sure its the o2 getting rubbed, or just broke off. haven't been able to check it yet. but have checked my fuses[#15, 27,28,30,31] all seem good, i used one of those cheap fuse testers. Shouldn't a fuse have blown? Car drives alright, a little hesitation when i give it gas, some times. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Double check this fuse under your dash:

Check that o2 that you said was rubbing. Mine was too and it ended up melting the wire away and the copper wiring inside was touching and throwing off a bunch of **** in my car. It made me blow fuses and all kinds of other stuff.
Unplug it and see if anything changes.
