Need help finding alternator stator
I have a 90 accord ex that I use for SPL competitions. The stock 80a is not going to cut it. I have 2 bad 80a alternators laying around with bad rectifiers in them. I was thinking about upgrading both completely when I rebuild them, or find a large GM alternator that I can fab into place.
If using both stock housing alternators, I was planning to remove the factory power steering and place the 2nd alternator in its place. I have contacted all the alternator parts houses and cannot find a larger stator winding to upgrade the alts for higher current output. Have any of you found a place that sells the stators?
Please do not suggest going on ebay and buying these JUNK and cheaply build high current alternators. There is a reason they are so cheap..
I know that companies like Mechman, Singer, HO, and Iraggi build these alts, but they are sourcing their quality parts from somewhere too. Any leads are appreciated.

Upgrading to an alternator capable of delivering 10 more ampere of current will not help, unless there is a larger stator available for it. I would like to run a pair with at least 150a output each.
