Honda Civic HB 2014 with A/T
Hello everyone,
First of all I hope I'm posting in the right thread.
I'm about to buy a Honda Civic HB A/T 2014 Executive (1.8) model but I still have some questions for which I was not able so far to find an answer. My question is related to the 5-automatic gear. Can someone tell me if there is a difference between this A/T and the one with 6 speed A/T from a consume/performance/torque? My concern is that with the one with 5 speeds is going to produce a hall of a noise inside if you drive with about 90miles/h against the one with 6 speeds.
Thank you,
Marius

The gearing will be very close between the 2. The 6spd will probably have shorter gearing for the first 4 gears so you should have better performance/acceleration from it.
Honestly apart from that you won't see that much of a difference between the 2 unless they made the 6spd tranny for performance only which I honestly dough since it's not a high performance car but a fuel efficient car!
then again I could be proven wrong!
