hi guys. not sure if this is where to post this but,

I just bought my first honda as a project so I will stop spending money on my 370z (lol)

the car is a 96 civic hatch with a b20b swap, p75 ecu and gsr tranny. The engine bay is "wire tucked", but it was not very well done. The car runs fine, but it iddles terribly around 1500 rpm. From everything I have read, I checked the iacv and noticed there isn't even a connector connected to it, nor is there any wires connected to the ecu for it. also, there are no oxygen sensor connected. could this be causing the idle issues? There it's a cel, but I have no clue how to check them on Hondas. any advice on where to start would be greatly appreciated.

The idle air controller was probably not plugged in because the DX/CX has a 3 wire sensor and the B20 has a 2 wire. So they would have had to rewire the ECU connector. Not hard...but ricers gon be ricers.

The 02 sensor wires need to be lengthened to meet the sensor location on your B20.

Try searching for a DIY on a B series swap to a 00 Civic.

BTW, white is a very rare and desired color for hatchbacks if its original paint. Good find.
