So I purchased a 2000 Accord LX 3.0 with 160k for $1500. Supposedly no problems with the car. Drove the car for the last week, and it drove like a dream. I currently live in Germany, and I was taking advantage of the autobahns. This morning I went to start the car, and it sat there turning over but no ignition. Thought it was possibly low charge on the battery. Jumped the battery, still wasn't working. Everything was working fine, except the start. Finally had it towed to the Honda dealer. The immobilizer unit had gone bad. Anyone else had this problem? Is it re-occurring? Thanks!
