OBD0/OBD1 alternators are the same plug (OBD2 is different), I'm running a OBD0 A6 alternator on my OBD1 DOHC ZC.

i've been out of the game just long enough to forget this stuff lol
thanks zchondacrx91

wait i believe i remember that two of the wires are reversed or something on obd0 alts?
also the teg is pre-obd .... obd0 was officially the 88/89 tegs afaik....mines an 86
so maybe there is chance the wiring for the alt changed

Good point, 86-87 use different alternators. The OBD0 (1988+) use the same plug as OBD1. I think the reversed wires are for the 86-87 integra harness (if you use that one) with a OBD0/1 alternator.

I converted a 87 integra to OBD1 a long time ago and don't remember much, but I will say take your time on the wiring. I actually changed the entire chassis/engine harness over, which took a long time but made it very clean with zero issues.
