Default How do I correct dull edges on door?

So on the passenger side door the edges look dull or oxidized. The rest of the car's paint is great.

How can I correct this? By the way, this came with the car when I purchased it. In any case, any tips on correcting this?

I would try LIGHTLY buffing it first.

Where? Up by the window? Dark color paint? Could it be clear-coat peel?

It is not up by the window as in the widow's frame/sash. It's below that near the door's frame where it meets the back passenger's door. The rest of the doors are perfectly coated and shiny but for some reason the front passenger aformentioned area looks faded and dull.
