Icon2 B18c1 all motor or H swap all motor?

I have been thinking thinking all week about what to do with my EM1. It currently has a b18c1 in it with spun rod bearings. Its rebuild able but I do not know what I want to do. I have about a 3,000 dollar budget and I have been pricing things out. I will say up front i do not half *** any thing so when it comes to what i chose it will have to look good and be of the utmost quality. that being said, I was thinking golden eagle sleeved b18c1 with stoker kit, sleeved B20vtec as I have a nice gsr head just sitting here, I was originally looking at an H2B f20b but both the QSD and evolution kits do not allow for the inspection cover to be ran on the transmission and i dont now about you but I dont feel comfortable daily driving a car with the clutch and flywheel exposed. I then checked out just a straight up f20b swapped into my car with t2t4 transmission... What do you guys think i should do i have been thinking so hard it hurts.
