40/40 prop Valve leak
Hey everyone,
So I did a full brake line tuck in my DC integra, and come to find out the 40/40 prop valve that I am using is slightly leaking from a little black grommet on the prop itself.
Is there any easy fix to this issue?
I have thought about using RTV to just try and seal it (because it is small), but I am afraid that the amount of pressure will just blow through the RTV.
It is causing my brakes to feel mushy, and not work very well at all.
I am using the same 1" brake booster as stock (stock had ABS). Is there too much pressure from this for the prop valve and thats why it leaks?
Any and all suggestions are beneficial, even if the suggestion is to get a new prop valve or booster (more helpful if that is the case, and you had one that you were selling)
Thanks,
-Matt

Yea, I figured it would happen eventually, just wasnt sure if it was due to the brake booster or if it was a common thing. Alright cool, thanks, now to just find another one before it gets warm and get my damn car tuned...
