Do itright and have a clean car by the time you can legally drive.
First id grt it running top shape.

Change the steering wheel then wheels then coilovers.

If that's a real Nardi, why would you suggest a new one?

Not a nardi as clearly in the pic it says nrg. Def should find a OEM replacement. Not sure on the quality of nrg's wheels. Def good car to pic as a project.
.... looks like it had a wings west body kit.
like some have said, make sure the engine is running in tip top shape.
and since it looks like it might have been someone elses project, do double check your wiring.
check your brakes
replace both bumpers
fix rust
and a new coat of paint.

nrg isn't a comparable company to momo/nardi/omp etc. is what they mean.
pretty sick to have a crx si at 13 years old.
now time to learn A LOT before you start driving haha.

Whooops.
Yeah, I misread that pic completely. I really thought it was a Nardi on there.
Brain crossed wires I guess =/
The NRG wheel needs to be removed and sold like JDMSwagSerf pointed out.
Some NRG wheels are decent, but since they use cheap materials to cover them (their suede seems to be the worst), they fall apart.
Some NRG wheels are just as cheap as the no-name brands on eBay. Not worth the safety issues.
