My amber parking lights (USDM blinker with two-tone clear/amber) continue to burn bulbs. I recently replaced basically all exterior bulbs and I happen to notice that these bulbs are out after only a month or so.

Checked resistance at the plug and came out to 300m. >.<
I guess my question is, has anyone had a similar issue and found a solution?

 

I don't see any question marks. It seems to me you already found your problem as well.
