89 CRX si with D16z6 vtec swap OBD0-OBD1

Default PLEASE HELP 89 CRX si with D16z6 vtec swap OBD0-OBD1

I bought a 89 crx swapped to a D16z6 vtec and OBD0 to OBD1 harness i have power to everything in car fuel pump goes but car will not start i checked spark and there is spark what can cause the car not to turn over need help !? There is also 2 grounds ran into the engine from the computer I grounded them and they over heat and burn why?

Probably because they aren't grounds. at this point you may have fried the ecu by doing that, or a myriad of other things.
If you don't have a solid concept of obd0 wiring I'd highly recommend taking it to a professional unless you have a sizeable budget and lots of time for trial and error.
Upon buying that car I assume you didn't notice that either the CEL is always on or never turns on, which means it was removed. There is a procedure for checking obd1 codes in an obd0 chassis, I'd encourage you to search the forums for that.

It has a p28 chipped ecu and i didnt fry down to the computer it went to a connector but when i bought it i was told the battery needed to be connected and it would start the car sat for a year so it might have some factor not to sure. Everything powers up fine just when i go to turn it over it tries and cant fully turn over

the car is obd0 to obd1 conversion on a D16z6 engine if someone knows wiring diagrams or knows where i can find full wiring diagram for connect the engine and computer to the rest of the car im pretty sure some wires are going to the wrong spot so i need the full diagram to make sure everything is connected properly thanks

well were buyin a new conversion harness because we didnt know about the build ur own o2 sensor wires thoiught they were grounds so any help on doing it right this time would be great
