Hey HT, i have a few quick questions. i have a 97 acura integra(5-speed) ls thats has been totaled from the rear end. and decided to put the b18 in my 00 civic ex(automatic). i have both full complete cars so i may i have everything needed for a easy swap.

few questions where coming to mind.
1)the wirie harness. can i use the old d16 auto harness or take the b18 out?
2) ecu. i know i need a different ecu, but can i use my mine out of my Ls with the d16 harness(if i use it) and i think if i use the d16 harness with b18 ecu i need a jumper wires? where do i purchase those?

any other wiring tips would be great! first swap and want to make sure its good to go before messing with wiring. thanks for the help

 

i have recently bought a 98 Canadian Honda civic si it came with a d15 non vtec in i just bought a b18b1 dohc non vtec what will i need i got the harrness the header the altternator and the dizzy and the whole motor what else do i need. i have a transmission coming today will i need the axels and mounts please help.

 

there's a million writeups on it.

you're going to have to use your stock harness to begin with. you're going to need everything for the auto to manual swap from a stick civic.
