Default 2002 RSX Base auto electrical problems

Picked up an RSX for cheap but has some electrical issues, I'm a mobile electronics installer so wiring is not an issue and I have fixed a couple things already. I still have a few issues to attend before I can make it road ready...

SRS light is on, have done ample research on this and appears to be quite popular. I have performed the reset but it has come back on. EXCEPT this time I plugged in my seat belt and performed the reset and it has yet to come back on. Does that mean it's the seat belt sensor? If it is, anyone have a part number? I also previously had it reset but when I connected/disconnected the driver side seat belt it came back on.

High beams inoperable - No blue light on the dash. Tested voltage at the bulbs and switch. High beam bulbs appear to be receiving 12v with the headlights on, but no power fluctuation between low and high beams. Guessing it's the switch on the steering column? Fuses checked, high and low beams appear to share fuses and relays.

Auto door locks inoperable - Did not come with keyless remote. Driver side "tries" to lock/unlock and nothing from the passenger side. I'm guessing both actuators need replacing? Another crappy part of this is my trunk is always unlocked.

Dome light not working with either door. But does work in the ON position. Will check the door sensors this weekend, but can't imagine them both being inoperable. I'm guessing a ground issue.

Blinking D - guessing 3rd clutch pressure switch, will probably change that and drain my tranny fluid.

Any/all help is appreciated.

As for the locks. if the actuators make no noise and such, its broken, but you said the other one tries to unlock, maybe try the one and see what happens. they are only around $50 from Honda

you probably need a new trunk latch, does the lock cylinder still work for the trunk?

The headlight issue might be related to the DRM module if its a Canadian car that is, but I'm not too sure, when mine went, one low beam/ high beam would not work, and the module buzzed when the lights were off.

That's all I got :/

Does it have a hacked up alarm system installed?

Should I try the driver or passenger side actuator first?

I have not tried the lock cylinder on the trunk yet, will look this weekend.

My car is not a Canadian model, does it have a DRM?

It did have a hacked up remote start/alarm system installed. The problems listed were there before and after I deinstalled them.

Try the passenger side actuator first, but you may need to replace both like you said. If your car isn't Canadian then it won't have the module.

Update:
SRS light - Will recheck the code this weekend, currently have drivers seat belt connected and the SRS light has not reappeared.

High beams - Ordered some new headlights, will install this weekend. They have bulbs already installed, if it does not fix high beams, it's the switch.

Auto locks - Ordered a driver side actuator. Also bought a couple key fobs, tried reprogramming but having the same issue a lot of others do and that's when I remove the key after programming they do not work. I believe this to be a separate problem with the keyless entry module. But we shall see after I install the new actuator.

Dome light - Turned out to be the door jamb sensors. I was able to repair the passenger side, and ordered another one for the driver side.

Blinking D - Showing code for 3rd clutch pressure switch. Will order one soon.

The switch on the trunk cylinder does work, just not with the lock switch on the door. This panel is a B**** to remove! I read most people break them or cut them around the actuator to gain access. I remove panels all day long and I cannot get this one off. If it is merely an actuator problem on the trunk I will not need to remove the whole panel, but would have liked to investigate what was going on back there without it.

UPDATE:
SRS light - Was unable to pull a code for this.

High beams - Installed new headlights with bulbs. High beams still inoperable. Must be a bad switch???

Auto locks - Installed new driver side actuator. Driver side switch now locks/unlocks driver door only. Are all of my actuators seriously bad???

Dome light - Replaced driver side and fixed passenger side. Dome light works perfectly with doors when Ignition is on only. When ignition is off, the dome light dims instead of turning off. What's up with that? Ground issue?

Keyless entry - Picked up some key fobs, tried programming, and does not work once I remove the key, have read multiple people having this issue, likely the keyless entry module.
