Front Susp. Help
I bought some Drop Engineering coilovers for cheap and I didn't like how soft they were in the front. I decided to change the springs in the front to some eibachs I had lying around and used the corresponding tophats from the coilovers they were on, and sat my car down. The suspension was the stiffness that I wanted, but my car was no longer the same ride height!
So I went ahead and I lowered the coils by the adjustable perches directly underneath the spring, shortening my ride height but also shortening the distance available for the shock to travel. Still super bouncy now, because spring pre-load is not set. I tried some research on extended tophats, but all I get are the extended top hats being used on kyb/tokico and other similar setups.
Picture of the style of coilover:

The actual setup of how they're supposed to be setup(before I lowered them with the locking things seen here):

I thought about chopping the springs, but I also considered that it would not solve my problem, as the spring rate would not change much, along with the fact that I'd still be losing shock travel. Would purchasing extended top hats fix my problem?
