This has been my daily driver for 4 years. Has been incredibly reliable. All normal DC2 issues have been taken care of(tail light leaks, cowl/evaporator leaks, ECU electronics, ECM electronics, etc.).
So many parts replaced I can't list. All parts replaced with OEM quality or better. I am probably forgetting some stuff but just ask. Car is very reliable. Great on gas. I usually get around 27 MPG mostly city with some highway. I would love to keep it but with new car payment I have to sell. Lots of money invested. This is my daily driver so no corners have been cut to ensure reliability. Security system will be discussed with buyer.

BAD:
Only mechanical "issue" is it needs a new starter. Has been showing symptoms for months. Haven't gotten around to replacing it as its never really bothered me. Sometimes it will just click and I have to turn key a couple times. Very easy/cheap fix. Dont even have to go under the car to change. Only happens once in a while.
Driver's side window needs "help" going up. Sticks halfway and needs a boost to make it past halfway mark.

I too think it is a good deal, and a good looking car. I do wonder about the motor as well, why not rebuild the B18C? what head is on it?

B18C1 was starting to smoke when revving high. I couldve just rebuilt but instead went with b20vtec build. Head is from original motor. Very clean. Valves and all are like new. original motor was great and made good power but enjoy the B20VTEC WHP better

Pulled amp wiring but still including Type R sub in box and 2000 watt amp.
