have had the dash in the eg for about 2 months and have had troubles getting the 94-95 integra cluster harness from certain people. finally got the harness after months of waiting, and driving with no cluster at all, and when i changed the integra gray plug to the civic gray one (like the guy where i work that has done 12 conversions said), and everyone else does the only things that work are the: high beam light, battery light, and the cluster background light and dimmer switch. i am in desperate need of some help here, the guy i bought the car from had put an alarm in it and made a horn button somewhere else, it is possible he messed with some of the other wires, but i dont know which. the stock cluster and harness worked perfect as it is right now.

i would say start tracing his wiring, he might have snipped or crossed a few things, you do have the wiring diagram for the cluster right?

 

yeah the cluster wires are fine. just behind the fusebox, and his crappy alarm wiring might screw something up can something be misgrounded and mess it up?

 

what year cluster, harness, car harness behind fuse box? I have a 97 teg and put a 95 car harness in it but used the 97 fuse box I had to change a few things. Just a thought that the obd1 and obd2 could be messing it up. I also had to change the dr side fender harness it has different plug config on the inside at the fire wall. Just a idea

 

every one that the guy at my work does uses a 92 civic behind the fuse box harness, 94 or 95 teg cluster harness, and cluster year doesnt matter, but i have a 97 or 98 cluster. which he uses too.
