Ycp piston question
I'm building a beater b20 motor using ycp brand pistons. Typically on the stock replacements with the moly coat it's of the grayish hue, but when I opened these they were green coated. I'm just checking to see if anyone knows what the difference between them is.
like these from this company?

Yes. But the skirts are green. When I host this image I'll post. I've assembled the engine already and the fell within spec of what oe calls for. If they fail I'll know not to use them again
I didnt look up your specific pistons, but I found out some pistons use a green teflon ptfe coating. Sounds like thats what yours have. The black/grey ones are sometimes graphite but I think they also have black/grey teflon coats on others
