Default Bypass Resistor box

Ok so I have a 97 accord lx with a f20b swap and im just about done trouble shooting all of my problems with the exception of have to bypass the resistor box. I have searched a round and never found a clear answer. Can any one help me with this issue?

It depends on what injectors you plan on using. If you use peak and hold injectors you'll just want to keep it. I would just make sure to use those so you don't have to bother. It doesn't matter what ecu you use, it's all about the injectors.

However if you really want to get rid of it just google "honda resistor box delete".

Measure the resistance of the injectors that you are using just to make sure.

Here is a diagram I made up a few years back.



It's not a step buy step but hopefully it helps a bit.

wow that makes it seem so easy to do thank you, and I already modified my harness to use the F20b injectors so I'm going to just bypass the resistor box, i'll post how it turns out thank you for the quick responses.

ok so just to make sure I am doing this right I see the 4 red/blck wires that go to a plug and there is a yellow and black wire in the same plug. am I connecting all the wires together? or is there another wire that I am supposed to connect it to another wire

Yes, those are the correct wires!

The YEL/BLK wire is the 12v source wire that you connect to and the 4 RED/BLK are the injector wires. If you are a bit creative you could fabricate a 5 point plug that would slot into the female connector then cover it up. That way you wouldn't have to cut or splice any wires.
