h22a1 dowel pin size?

need to get new ones.

does anyone know what size they are if honda doesnt have them in stock?

do they have to be hollow?

The two dowels between the head and block are 14mm x 20mm, Honda part number: 94301-14200. If your local Honda happens to be out, just order them at an online honda store like majestic honda.
