Default 86 Prelude starts spitting after Driving for short time?

Hey I recently picked up a 86 Prelude with 125k Miles on it for a Daily Driver project. So far I have replaced the Clutch,Starter,Rack and Pinion, Tie Rods, and a EGR Valve delete. If I drive the car for around 10 minutes it will start to spit and sputter. If I shut it off and crank it back up it runs fine for another 10 minutes or so. it only happens when cruising. If I am doing stop and go driving or let it Idle it does just fine. I thought it was the fuel pump so I replaced that but it hasn't solved my problem. Oh it is a 2.0L A20A3 PGM-FI Motor not Carb. Thanks for any help you can give me. ~Jacob~
