Default suspension mods bracing civic eg

I know this has prob been asked and posted many times but what is worth doing and what isnt? im building a budget track car, i have made my own full weld in cage, i have alloy lower arms better bushes etc im not looking for what coilovers etc are good but more what bracing is worth while????

I see lots of different upper strut braces, some 3 point which bolt to the flimsy upper bulkhead/firewall, but why? that fire wall has no strength at all,so why brace it to a weak point? or do they make a difference?

Second is i see h braces for the front lower is this worth while? make a good difference? i only want to do things that will have a good impact i dont want to be adding things that do little more than increase the weight of the car as this in itself is going to hamper the handling

Thanks

You might want to tell everyone what sort of handling characteristics you are looking for so they can give more accurate advice.
