I have a 1991 Crx and the car wont start. Ive replaced battery ,starter ,alternator, new battery wires, wire tuck, replaced ignition switch. Still no start. Starter relay not clicking but ground is getting hot at transmission ground.

 

Jump the starter and see what happens,,
If ot starts, bad ign switch or open between switch and starter
