Default 99 2.3 accord p0300 p0301 p0302 p0303 p1399. help!

Hello,
I appreciate any help I can get from anyone on this forum that may have had this problem. I've been reading through a lot of posts but no-one responds back with what there solution was.
Let me start from the beginning as far as the symptoms. It first threw the codes one night when i was driving on the highway going about 70mph. First thing i did was change the Bosch plugs and wires to ngk. Second i cleaned the egr valve thoroughly. Next, I read a post on here that said it was the distributor. ....not that. Then I cleaned and swapped the injectors hoping that maybe it may be the injectors, not that. After all this, the car will start fine and idle fine cold, but as soon as it heats up,it starts to drive rough and want to turn off. Because on the highway at about 70mph the car rides fine. I spoke to a mechanic and was told that it may be the injector sending unit inside the ecm(Which he basically said you have to change the ecm). Has anyone ever heard of that before? Btw i appreciate any help!

On F23 w/EGR you will have to remove the upper plenum on the intake to clear the EGR ports. Did you do this?
