Isnt the JRSC already 50 state legal with the CARB EO sticker from Jackson? Why did you have to get it BAR'd?

Oops. I meat is CARB exempt. And to be technical, the JSRC was originally CARB exempt and came with a sticker provided you bought it new through Jackson.
Obviously these kits are discontinued and JRSC does not give out or sell the sticker anymore. You need to install the charger, smog the car, have the smog place FAIL you purely for visual (missing the CARB decal), send JRSC your smog paperwork and $100, then you get the decal.
....point being, this headache is now over. The car is smog clear and has the decal. Buyer will not have to smog the vehicle upon purchasing nor worry about the CARB decal.

I will not part out the charger. The motor was built and tuned with the charger and will not be a smart move.
