Default What engine oil to use in Europe?

Hi there,

I recently moved overseas (Northern Europe) together with my '06 Honda Odyssey Touring.
5W20 Oil is difficult to get here. What can I use instead? API certified 0W30 or 5W30? Does it need to be API certified? I think European doesn't care to much about API certification.
There is mostly no speed limit on German Autobahn

What is a good brand to use? Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Lqui Moly, ...?

Thanks for the advices!

Regards

Tom
