90 accord hard cold start help

just got this 90 accord and it does not like to cold start. if it is warm there is no problem and it runs fine once it starts. please help.

when was the last tuneup ? spark plugs cap and rotor

Have you checked the fast idle thermo valve?

How old is the battery?

Sounds like the cranking amps might be low. That would make it so that it doesn't have enough power to fire up in the cold.

battery is new and has 850cca, and i just did a full tune up. ill try the thermo valve. thanks
