Default High Compression engine, what bolt ons to choose from?

I'm indecisive and I want some opinions

I'm having a engine build
basically a 86x89 golden eagle sleeved ls/vtec
sk2 pro3 camshafts and pro series valve train/ ultra valves
Pnp Pr3 head 13.5 or so compression using shelf CP pistons
My tuner recommended ID 725 as his preference on injectors for
e85 tuning, (I've already sourced those) now so far this has been a budget build for a Strip/drag 92 hatch project,
the question is what size throttle body would you
guys prefer for this size engine, I'm stuck in between a 74/76mm
throttle body and I want to also try this combo a with Victor X IM,
and I'm also looking in to having the Victor X modded.
my tuner has a lot of experience and he might have the right answer for me but
I still wanted to ask here cause I know that a lot of you
have experience and have tried similar combinations.
any help it's aprecciate it

With the plenum size of victor x you don't want to go to large, I'd go around 70mm, might I ask what piston you are using from cp cause the largest dome shelf piston they have is the sc7120x which has dome volume of 7.4cc iirc. Pro 3 is a big cam so make sure you get them degreed in correctly or you are just asking for trouble.

Makes a lot of sense using a smaller throttle body for such a big plenum, Pistons that I'm running are SC7124X. Not sure how big the dome is but it should be around that 7.x range, Profunction Auto. Will be degreing my cams, and tuning the motor ftw. Thanks for the help.

with all this...
"basically a 86x89 golden eagle sleeved ls/vtec
sk2 pro3 camshafts and pro series valve train/ ultra valves
Pnp Pr3 head 13.5 or so compression using shelf CP pistons

I don't consider it a budget build as it is.

Kindler itbs are amazing but 2000+ dollars and (if you live in a state like mine where there is drastic weather changes) a retune every summer/winter, I don't think it worth it. Especially when my tuner is 2 1/2 hour away lol but to each their own.

True...but I should have specified some of the parts, are being reused from previous builds, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Most of the cost are going towards machining and building/tuning, with that being said, my tuner also its 3 hours away, and Indiana weather sucks, not that this is gonna be a daily...
even tho the itbs perform well and look awesome, power to money ratio, they are just not for me, I feel I can get a nice manifold ported and polished for half the cost of those Kinslers.

I'd say try the skunk 2 ultra street with 74mm tb for this setup.
