Default Tuning in Northeast TN

Ok, so I'm looking for someone to tune my current project when its complete, so probably next month. The problem is I don't know of any place that can do it. I'm located in Kingsport TN and would like to find a shop or reputable individual within 4 hours (one way, that way I can make it a one day trip). The set up is as follows.
B16A2:
-CP 11.5:1 Cr pistons
-Eagle H beam rods
-Skunk2 pro2 cams
-full Supertech valvetrain
-DC header into full 3" ss pipe...followed by a greedy evo2
-ported B18c5 main
-s2 alpha Tb
-all the little odds and ends (pulleys, cam gears and belt etc.)

Fuel delivery is still in the works, in the meantime I'm trying to decide on what management route I'm going to take. Any input on injector size and management would also be appreciated!

Check out Blue Ridge Motorsports in NC. I hear they are real good but also you might check out Top Speed in Atlanta they tuned my buddy's evo 8 but I'm not sure what ems they specialize in.
