Default noise from 1996 Civic VTI tuned engine?

Hello to all

I have a 1996 Civic HB VTI 1.6 tuned to 200 HP and 192 NM torque, it has skunk2 stage1 cams, CAI, chiptuned and hytech replica collector with inox 2.5 exhaust without catalysator.

It also has exedy stage 1 clutch and fidanza 7 pounds flywheel

I have it for 6 years, it is tuned about 4 years and no problems since today, I have put the car into garage in 18th December and didn,t rode it since, I have only started it for 10-15min every 7 days, before I rode it normally almost every day.

When I started it today, I have noticed that the engine started making some noise in the engine cylinder head, there was no rattling noise before today?

You can hear the noise on the video, the car was running for 15 min before I started filming, afterwhile the noise stopped for a little time but than started again.

Thanx for help, here are the videos

i bet its one of the old LMA's.
it will get stuck from time to time in your engine
replace them all with the new Spring type LMAs and your Problems will be gone.
Honda Part Number is : 14820-PCB-305
We dont use anything else in our builds, and they hold up well up to 10k rpm.
