How should it be adjusted?
Higher in the rear with no travel?
How do I set it in the front

first knowing what suspension you have would help but there is no strait cut answer for these questions.

I think the question more appropriate would be can some share there suspension setup on a sub 10 second car.

Well I have skunk2 pro s2 coilovers. I just want to know some starter tips. Like where to begin with the set up.

this is a very interesting question, I would like to know also...
I used to have Ksport full adjustible system, I just ordered blox drag pro coilovers. my slicks will be 25.4" front 24 skinnies back. what would be the best stance for them?
I am assuming face down *** up.
