my car is a 95 ex with a jdm d15b and s20 tranny. when I am completely stopped it grinds everytime when going into first. when im moving it will go in fine. also when im stopped I can only go into 1st and reverse it will not go into 2,3, or 4 without rolling first. please help

 

bent shift fork or the small chance of low trans fluid regarding the fact that it won't go into gear sometimes. for the grind(s) worn synchro's.

 

I have just recently changed the trans fluid and added syncromesh as some people have recommended

 

Bad clutch slave or master (or both)causing the clutch to not fully disengage.
