Alright so I'm a newbi to the site but not to cars so for give me if I don't know all the lingo! I have a 96 ek completely gutted interior except two seats. Just swapped in a b18c/s80 tranny. I'm going NA with it to make a autocross eventually but now she's my dd so all motor she will be. It's a process so no overnight success story here I'm just wondering the best mods that will benefit me not necessarily in performance right off the bat but for the overall success of a good autocross/dd car.

1 inch exhaust is the biggest I'd go.

 

Better coilovers is a must
Good tires
Good brake pads
Best mods will be suspension not performance!!!

I run smf with my gsr hatch ITR trans w/4.75 FD. Progress CS-II's 350/450 21 mm sway bar up front 24mm rear z1 starspec tires or Hoosier sm spec slicks. ITR calipers on front with hawk hps pads. Stock ITR intake. Plm hytech header 60 mm exhaust.
