Default EF Civic Cracking/Creeking sound when accelerating from a stop.

Long version:
I have a 1990 Civic SI with a 2000 JDM GSR (B18C) engine swap, I have Hasport motor mounts recently replaced Hasport axles. This has been getting more and more noticeable over the last few months. After stopping firmly, shifting the weight of the car forward, I accelerate and there is a noticeable popping/creeking sound from under the hood. It pops 3-5 times as if something is creeking/popping into position while the car shifts the weight back. I do not hear any other popping after that initial weight transfer of accelerating from a stop. Also, I have taken the wheels off and jerked everything around under there and EVERYTHING feels tight.

Short version:
90 civic si hatch, popping sound from front suspension when accelerating from a firm stop, all suspension components feel tight and engine mounts/axles are fine.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading.
