Okay.. Cant figure this out. I have a 98 ek and recently the car idles rough at a stop. However when i turn my lights on or my fan the rpms go up about 200 and it idles perfect.. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

nope.. no codes at all..

 

sounds to me like you need to adjust your idle,when you turn your lights on the ecu compinsates by revving the engine higher to turn the alternator more,sounds like you need to adjust your idle up around 200 rpm,there is a screw right on your throttle body.slowly turn it till it idles out good.
