The good:

Clean title in hand. Runs great. COLD A/C! Has new battery, plugs/wires/cap/rotor, newer tires, newer axles, wheel bearings were done recently in the front. Great daily driver

The not so good:

Body is "ok", the paint is fairly faded in spots, some dents and dings, and some minor rust in the passenger quarter. Has an oil leak that I haven’t found (think it’s the oil pan gasket, and maybe the vtec solenoid gasket).
