eBay b16 Chinese head? Thoughts/comments

Found this on eBay http://m.ebay.com/itm/121239034073?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1 New aftermarket bare pr3 cylinder head replacement. Would anyone run this?

I bought on a bit back, everything is rough and they are missing a significant amount of parts (everything steel) . I believe I would have given it a shot for the price IF the cam journals had been machined but they had smooth cast surface.

Looks like it's made by pro-comp(according to the listing) which pretty much means china junk. Pro-comp has been selling china heads to the muscle car market for a long time and their reputation is anything but good.
