Car: 95 Honda Accord Ex Power windows

I have a quick question about the problem I am having with the drivers side window on my accord. The drivers side window will roll up and down perfectly fine, but it will roll up to high missing the very top moulding, and causing a one inch gap at the top corner of the window. I have checked both sides of the guides (the right and Left) which are fine and the window is perfectly in line. My only guess for whats wrong would be the regulator, and motor being misaligned? I checked all the bolts, and gave everything a once over, and it looks fine so I have no idea so I need help from a Honda pro.
